In the High Himalayas, peaks such as 7,326m Jomolhari are popular trekking destinations. Paro Taktsang monastery (also known as Tiger’s Nest) clings to cliffs above the forested Paro Valley.

Bagdogra Airport - Phuentsholing
We receive you on your arrival and drive to Phuentsholing, the gateway to Bhutan. Check in at the Hotel. Evening free to explore local markets .Overnight at Phuentsholing. (Alt 8979Ft / 2736M)
Phuentsholing to Thimphu
After breakfast and entry formalities drive to Thimphu (Alt 8979Ft / 2736M) the modern capital town of Bhutan.Thimphu is the capital city of Bhutan with a population of approx 1000,000. En-route visit waterfalls & Chukha Hydel Project & Dam (Top View) & enjoy the natural beauty of Bhutan. Overnight stay at Thimphu
Thimphu Local Sightseeing
After breakfast start driving to Tashichhodzong visit BBS Tower, Government Run Handicraft Emporium, National Memorial Chorten, Buddha View Point, Folk heritage, National Textile Museums, post lunch visit National Institute of Traditional Medicine (outside view) and Zoo. Evening free for shopping at Thimphu local Market.Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Thimphu - Punakha
After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Punakha. Enroute visit Dochula Pass & Druk Wangyal Lhakhang. Punakha is the administrative headquarters of Punakha Dzongkhag district of Central Bhutan. Afternoon visit Punakha Dzong & Wangdue Phodrang.Overnight Stay in Punakha.
Punakha - Paro
After breakfast drive to Paro, Enroute visiting Simtokha Dzong, This dzong, built in 1627, is the oldest in Bhutan.Evening for rest.Overnight Stay in Paro.
PARO – TAKTSANG MONASTERY – PARO
We start our day post breakfast and ride through a beautiful countryside and golden paddy fields. After ascending gradually making twists and turns we see small cottages before the road ends in a breathtaking pine forest. We start our trek for the famous Taktsang Lhakhang or Tigers Nest Monastery from here. It seems like it is perched on the vertical rock by magical glue. You will witness steep slopes and dusty paths in the forest as you reach closer, concluding the beautiful trek with 700 steps. The serenity and beauty of the place make one forget all the tiredness. Post our 5 hours long trek we enjoy our euphoric moments in the lap of Paro valley and sleep through the night.
Paro - Phuentsholing
After breakfast drive to Paro to Phuentsholing. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Bhutan. Overnight at Phuntsholing
